With this period of uncertainty, the Health & Wellbeing team created a webinar series to look at various tools that could support students - "Finding Your Feet By Finding A Quaroutine". These four sessions orginally aired on 7 April across two weeks. We recommend that you give yourself a couple of days in between each session to give yourself time to try out the homework and incorporate the tools bit by bit.
The 30-minute sessions cover:

- Session 2 - Tools for Control - Changing our perspective
- Session 3 - Tools for Stability - Changing our act or will
- Session 4 - Preparing to Adapt
